Maybe you’re the Sportsman type and you’re looking for a more capable off-road high-clearance package to haul decoy bags over the top of the box or countless amounts of ladder stands to your favorite hunting areas along with endless amounts of gear this shock package was designed to get you further back in the outdoors than thought possible. R-TRIDE™
SHAFT TREATMENT

R-Tride™ is a proprietary surface treatment used on our shock shafts. Because it is not a coating, Raptor R-Tride™ shafts won’t chip or flake like chromium plated shafts, causing premature seal wear.

Raptor R-Tride™ shafts are 400% more resistant to corrosion than chromium plating.

SicCoat
EX-treme COATING

Our aluminum shock bodies reject heat 400% faster than conventional steel plated bodies. Our bodies are coated with our proprietary Sic Coat™ anodizing technology for exceptional wear and corrosion resistance.

APV™
ANTI-PAC VALVE

Our APV™ (Anti-Pac Valve) pistons are designed to separate the low speed flow between compression and rebound events. This technology gives us one more advantage in tuning compliance while maintaining control and will keep your suspension from packing up towards the bottom of the stroke.

These pistons come standard in all of our truck shock applications and we use them with up to three different low speed bleed orifices per shock. This gives the end user the ultimate feel in ride and handling comfort as well as suspension control. One more way to control the un-sprung weight of a heavy-oversized wheel and tire combination. This technology combined with the progressive valving that we use on our pistons makes for killer on and off road performance.

Not only are we proud to say our truck suspension products are Made in the USA, we’re proud to say that we do everything in our power to support American Companies and American Workers when sourcing our raw materials. This is a requirement that is added to each of our blueprints.

To take it one step further, we source a minimum of 70% of our outside services and materials in our home state of Minnesota. Minnesota is home to a great variety of industry and we’re proud to support and be a part of that.

We strongly believe in supporting our local economy.

All of our truck suspension components are manufactured at our facility in Warroad, Minnesota on Haas CNC equipment which is also 100% Made in the USA.

Why are we so adamant about this? We believe that it’s in all of our best interest to support each other. We talk about this often with customers and vendors and the message is one that resonates with each and every one of them.
