American-made suspension. Warroad, Minnesota.
American Made. Performance Driven.
Based in Warroad, Minnesota, Raptor builds suspension products for the water, the road and the trail.
From snowmobile and truck shocks to our R-Five WaveRunner marine suspension seat pedestal, our work centers on a common goal: delivering a smoother, more controlled ride.
We bring together suspension experience, in-house manufacturing and hands-on testing to develop products built for the conditions our customers face.

Suspension Is Our Foundation. Our experience in snowmobile and truck suspension shapes how we approach every product we build.
Understanding how suspension responds to changing terrain, loads and impacts helps us develop solutions that balance comfort with control.
That same experience carries into our marine products. The application changes, but the focus remains the same: managing impacts and improving the ride.
Fishing is part of life here in northern Minnesota, and Lake of the Woods provides a natural testing ground for our marine suspension products.
The R-Five WaveRunner brings our suspension knowledge to the boat seat. Built around a shock-based suspension system, it helps absorb the impacts of rough water and delivers a smoother ride without relying on air pressure adjustments.
It is a practical extension of the work we have always done: applying suspension technology where it can make a meaningful difference.

Built Here in Warroad
Our suspension components are manufactured in-house at our Warroad facility.
Our suspension components are manufactured in-house at our Warroad facility using American-made Haas CNC equipment. Keeping manufacturing close to product development gives us direct control over the work and a close connection to the details that affect performance.
For the R-Five, engineering, machining and assembly take place here in Warroad. Our team can follow the product through each stage, from development to the finished assembly.
Proudly Made in the USA
At Raptor, American manufacturing is more than a label. It is a commitment that influences every product we design and build.
We source our base materials from American companies and make it a priority to purchase additional materials and services from businesses here in Minnesota whenever possible.
Keeping our work close to home supports the skilled people, suppliers and communities that help make our products possible. It also allows us to maintain a hands-on approach to quality throughout manufacturing.
Built Here. Proven Where It Matters.
Our development process combines testing in the shop with experience in the field. Suspension dyno testing, durability testing and real-world feedback help us evaluate how our products perform and identify opportunities to improve them.
Whether a product is headed onto a snowmobile, a truck or a fishing boat, we approach it with the same commitment to quality, performance and American manufacturing.
